No sound from Sonos Connect

I have 3 Sonos connects s15. They are grouped and connected to my phone. I play music through the app. No sound through the speakers. Why?

What speakers are you using? How are your speakers connected to your three Sonos Connects? What is your music source?

Make sure you haven’t accidentally muted them.
