Music was playing during the day and stopped for no apparent reason. 
tried to reconnect without any success. 
reset systems , same thing. 
close power for 10 min, same thing. 
was showing “something went wrong” every time I tried to reconnect. 
any idea ??

No idea what an RTI panel is, much less which Sonos devices you’re speaking of. Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

thank you for your quick response. 
I have a Sonos “connect and Port” connected with a controls systems for the entire house witch control different speaker at multiple location around the house plus outside. 
 

Music was working fine and just stop and showed “something went wrong” and could not connect anymore 🤷🏻‍♂️. 
 

I did not contact Sonos directly yet. 
 

I will try today.
