i have installed the new sonos app.

but i cant controll my sonos speakers because, the app will authorize my local network on my ios phone.

but i did it allready and nothing is going on the sonos app?

Has there anybody the same problem?

yes I have exactly the same problem.

I have turned off all the mesh network devices, reset the network, reset the app, deleted the app and reinstalled it and even reset the network on my iphone.

I cannot even re-add the system because of this fault

Anyone any experience to get it running?

 


  

so after an hour on hold i finally got through to support and they confirmed this is an issue they are working on. He was able to remote access my iphone and remote view and access the dignostics log etc. seems to be a possible Pro Max issue 

Currently using the MacOs app and have control of the system again along with NAS storage apps and alarms…. which I am currently happy with as a work around
