Wondering if there will be a new Sonos amp coming? I have Sonos products but I have some passive speakers that I want to hook up into the Sonos eco system in a surround sound set up. The current amp has aging WiFi, and I see there are some rumors swirling of a new amp. If anyone can shed light on this it’ll be much appreciated

Rumors only, Sonos may say something but until they do we have nothing. The forum isn't the most likely place to see real news first but we do usually get it.
Do you have the current amp? How does it function for you and what kind of set up are you using it for
No Sonos Amp, not even the older versions, ZonePlayer or Connect here.
The older versions were a bit low on power for the speakers I had back then so I used a ZonePlayer to my existing AVR system.
The new Amp with a lot more power is more flexible in the speakers it can drive, efficient is still good if you plan to play loud.
In any case Atmos has spoiled me and I'm going to try to have it available in any new gear I get so the Port or Amp options aren't attractive compared to the Arc, Sub and 300s.
