New App. Can't connect to system

Updated to 80.00. Can’t connect to my system (1 Play:1 two Play:3 in stereo; Boost; iPhone 15; iPad pro). Resetted everything and reinstalling. Initially worked, but after a while couldn’t connect anymore. Very disappointed. My system can’t play now.

I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I called customer svc and there was a 105 minute wait. SMH. I am unable to connect my speakers to my system. This is very annoying and worse yet when the support is unavailable and left only to bots. This Sonos system is great when it works but rt now I can’t even enjoy what I paid for. This is very disappointing.
