when I'm watching or listening to things I get a soft rumble then a bang and then my base goes mental why is this?
my sonos base makes a loud bang and jumps in and out why is this? please help

Do you mean your Playbase, or do you have a Sub? Either way, it may be worth generating a Diagnostics and contacting Sonos support.
