My amp only has a white light that keeps flashing when I try to reset it and I can't and it won't let me connect it to the network. I've already tried to reset it by connecting it to the network via cable and the white light keeps flashing slowly.
 

 

I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
