Move will not hold Bluetooth connection

Really disappointed with my pair of Moves. While the wifi connection sounds and works decent, the Bluetooth mode is horrible. It invariably disconnects from Bluetooth on both my Note 10+ and S8. Bad enough that there's no stereo pairing but not maintaining a bluetooth connection is embarrassing.

Hi @dustMite149

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

This issue happens with both of your Moves and both of your phones? This is most unusual.

First, make sure neither your phones nor your Moves need any updates. If they do, please install them.

Please then reboot your phones and fully turn off your Moves (by holding power button for 5+ seconds) and turn them on again.

Connect a phone to a Move and while testing, please keep the phone within 3m (9 feet) of the Move (maximum range of Bluetooth is 10m or 30 feet, but we want to stay well within that).

Does this improve things?
