Our Sonos Move sounds like it’s shoved in the back of a closet and covered in clothes. There is no depth to the sound anymore. The rest of the system sounds fine. Help.

Does this occur when in Bluetooth (BT) mode or Wi-Fi? If it occurs in BT mode make sure you have a solid paired connection. If in Wi-Fi mode you might try rebooting your router. If none of the above resolves your issue try a factory reset of your Move(s) and set them up again. Click this link.
