I have mistakenly updated my Sonos 1 to Sonos 2 however none of my Sonos products are compatible. How do I undo the update and reset all my products?

Most of the products listed in your profile ARE compatible with S2. If none was compatible you would not have been able to upgrade.Only the Play:5 gen 1 is not. Does this surprising news change what you wish to do?
