Is the Amp linked to the LAN subnet with a wired, or wireless connection? If wireless, what WiFi channel/channel-width are you currently using?
Is the Amp also in use for TV audio aswell as music audio?
Is the controller device and Amp in the same physical room?
Are there any other additional wireless access points, or WiFi extenders, besides the main router WiFi Access point?
