I have an old first gen Sonos system.  Play 1,3 and 5.  I still use the Sonos S1 app.  I also use a Sonos Connect to listen to Sonos on my home stereo system through a pioneer amplifier and Bose speakers.  This all works well. I want to listen to my turntable and cds on the rest of my Sonos system, not just on my stereo system and Bose speakers. I know I could plug the turntable or cd player directly into the Sonos Connect to the analog Input, but there are 2 problems with this.  First, there is only room to plug one of them in, and second this would mean they were not plugged into my stereo system.  So, my question is, how/can I have these components on my stereo system through my receiver and also be able to have them extend through my Sonos.  Any help greatly appreciated.

If you hook the Connect’s inputs to an output on the receiver, like the Tape Out you could then send the Phono source to the Tape Out and select it as the input on the Connect.

Might just want to move the Connect from the current connection and put both in and out connections on the Tape ones. Sometimes that lets you play both systems with less delay/echo.

Thanks for your thoughts Stanley_4.   Much appreciated.   The 3 inputs to my receiver are from a turntable, a CD player, and Sonos connect.  All of these work well playing on my Bose speakers.  Unfortunately the only output option from my receiver (a mid-range Pioneer VSX 530 receiver from a few years ago) is an HDMI output.  I don’t have a “tape out” option or any other output option.  I connected this HDMI output to an “HDMI to Analog converter” and then connected the analog output from this to my Connect hoping that a signal would come through but no success.  I can’t think of any other way to get output from my receiver so I think I might be out of luck.
