I have a Sonos amp and have a kef kube sub. They have been working great but today the sub is cutting out after 5 seconds and my amp  is not picking up the sub on my app. I have tried updating the system without any luck.

To my knowledge, there’s been no change to drivers for a Sub, third party or not. Have you checked the connection between the Sonos and this Sub?

I would certainly recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

There is a known issue with the sub control within the Amp’s settings. I don’t know if it is related to your issues, but they are working on a fix.
