I’d like to connect a turntable and a CD player to my Sonos Amp. Is there a way to do this using coaxial or optical outputs converted to the HDMI input on the Sonos Amp, or is an RCA switcher the best option?

RCA is what I’ve seen.
+18With HDMI you’d need an S/PDIF to HDMI-ARC converter. Not sure if these exist.
