Can I get a wireless guitar system to connect directly to my Sonos amp?

Yes, if the guitar system delivers a line level analog signal.

However, the guitar output will be delayed 75ms and this will devastate most amateur players.

Note that it won’t connect wirelessly, you’d need to connect the wireless guitar system to Sonos with a cable, per @buzz post. And I’d certainly agree with him, the delay involved would make it untenable.
