I have had my set up for less than 3 months and my Sub Woofer has quit working. Any suggestions as to what might be wrong with it or things I need to check to see why it is not working? Thank you

Since you are on the Sonos Community forum, I’m assuming you are powering the speakers with a Sonos Amp, correct? Have you tried unplugging the Amp from power for a couple of minutes? Have you checked the connection between the subwoofer and Amp? Is it possible that the wire for the subwoofer was cut or disconnected?
