Hi. One of my sonos amps stopped working.    I have a flashing white light.   I have tried to reboot, also disconnected for 5 mins, attempted to restore to default, have tried connecting it directly to my router, all of this was done with and without speakers connected to is.

it never stops flashing white unless it is disconnect from power.

has anyone seen this before?

thanks

If you read the Diagnostics - How do they work? thread, you’ll note that just submitting a diagnostic does not automatically generate a response from Sonos. You’d need to either call Sonos Support directly to discuss it, or post the number here for a forum moderators to pick up, when they are able to.

See: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/226?language=en_US

Maybe try hooking it to your router with Ethernet and doing another power-cycle?

Have you tried the troubleshooting that the OP tried and was mentioned earlier in the thread? If so what happened during reset etc?
