I have a fast blinking light on Connect Gen 2. I’ve tried reseting but it just keeps blinking white. The ethernet ports are also blinking. It doesn’t appear on my network.

If the product never stops flashing white, it is failing to boot.
How many devices do you have?

I also have 2 Sonos Play 1’s on my system. The Sonos Connect is used to play my deck/tape/CD players through my Sonos.
I’ve tried rebooting. It will not reset at all. From what I’ve read on this community I believe my Connect has a hardware problem and needs repair - what can I do.

In that case, I recommend you get in touch with our support team to check the factory reset process was done correctly and look into replacement options; a constant flashing white light indicates a boot failure.
