Hello, I’d you go to Spotify > scroll down to Songs > play any song, I am getting the following error: An error occurred while adding tracks to queue (701). Songs play fine if I play them through a playlist for example. I tried reauthorizing and the issue still happening. I submitted a diagnostic report as well: 2080463729. Thanks.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I recommend you switch your WiFi router off for at least 30 seconds. 

Please also disconnect the ethernet cable going to the Sub.

If this doesn’t help, please try rebooting the device running the Sonos app. Thanks.
