error 30 for one of my 6 sonos speakers. tried everything

I have 6 sonos speakers -- Five, two Ones, two Moves and a Beam. WIth the new sonos update, I get error message 30 for one of the two Moves (other one works fine). I have tried everything. very frustrated. what do I do now?

Hi @saross, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Error 30 can happen for a couple of reasons - either a failed attempt to download the update file, or an isolated S1 device in the system.

If you go to Settings > System > About My System, do any of the speakers show a Sonos OS: S1? If so, I’d recommend performing a Factory Reset on that speaker, and then adding it back in to the system (Settings > System > Add a Product)

Otherwise, if all speakers are running the S2 OS, you may just need to reboot the router, and perhaps take the Move a bit closer to the router, before trying the update again.
