drop in volume

I have two somance speakers connected to a Sonos AMP. The AMP is also connected to my TV. Occasionally, the volume drops where I don’t hear anything until I raise volume to 85+. It happens using th television or jus streaming music.  I have several other systems and this only happens in one room.  Any thoughts?

It could be ‘ducking’ for a voice command. Do you have any installed voice control systems?

The next time this happens, please submit a support diagnostic. Then, at your convenience, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
