Upon pulling up the diagnostic report, there was no registered player found by the system.
If you are still experiencing the issue, please submit a new diagnostic report through the Sonos app while the issue is happening, and reply with the confirmation number so I can review your system further and see if there’s anything or what could possibly cause this issue.
