My system still lists a Bridge. I am pretty sure that’s in a landfill somewhere. (We’ve moved houses since...it hasn’t been connected in more than a decade.) How do I delete it?

That particular list is ‘items you’ve purchased’ and not ‘items you’re using’, The only way to get an item removed from that list is to have someone else ‘add’ it to their own system.
