I have an iPhone 6s and just downloaded the current Sonos Update that’s being pushed. It seems as though the app is not working correctly. I’m unable to get into the Sonos control. The app seems to be pushing Sonos product at me instead of allowing me to control my system. Not sure what to do. Any thoughts?

First, I'd like to ask some questions to isolate the issue so we can create a path towards resolution.
- Are you getting an error message on the Sonos app? What's the error message?
- How about using another mobile device, did you encounter the same issue?
- What is the software version of your iPhone 6? Other mobile devices?
- Go to your iPhone Settings > General > About > Software Version
Please submit a diagnostic from your Sonos system. Just include the confirmation number in your response for us to check what's going on.
