My Sonos system has stopped working.

My WiFi is working properly

My Sonos system is stating that there is no Sonos Sytem on my network.  I have reset the WiFi and tried connecting manually.  It has been working for years without problem before this.

What do you mean by reset the wi-fi?

Are you able to connect any of your Sonos devices via an ethernet cable?

If you’re looking for help you’d need to add more detail:

  • What Sonos devices do you own?
  • Is there a wired Sonos component?
  • Do you have a WiFi mesh system? If so which one?
  • Are the WiFi bands separated, with different network names?
  • Which device(s) can’t see the system?
