I moved to a new house which has 2 ceiling speakers with speaker wires already available. I have the Sonos connect s2 with only one set of RCA audio out connection.

Two questions

How to I connect the speaker wires(red black for one speaker and white green for another) to the RCA out on Sonos connect? Should I buy the RCA to speaker wire adapter on Amazon?

Can I connect bothe speakers to the same s2? Will it have enough power to support 2 speakers? Connect both positives and negatives and plut into the same RCA?

No, a Sonos CONNECT is not a speaker amplifier. It provides a line level output, the same as a CD player, DVD player, or tape deck does. In order to drive a set of speakers, you would need to use a Sonos Amp, or the no longer produced CONNECT:AMP, both of which have speaker connections (posts), with internal amplifiers to drive the speakers.

Thanks. Can I take the RCA out from the Sonos connect to a cheaper amp like fosi audio amp and connect the speaker to that? This way I still can integrate my streaming services with Sonos and play from my phone to Sonos?
