The short answer is…no. Even Sonos branded headphones do not connect to the Sonos Amp.
You could consider connecting a Bluetooth transmitter to the analog line-out or digital coaxial output of a Sonos Port. This should allow you to listen to Sonos audio on almost any Bluetooth headphones.
Using a Bluetooth transmitter may or may not mute the audio to the speakers as would be the case with a traditional AV amp/receiver that has a dedicated headphone jack. 🤔
