My connect speaker stopped working and I cannot add it back to the system. Has blinking red light and will not clear with a factory reset. Sonos can’t see the connect box anymore WTH happened. My factory reset consists on powering on the connect box while holding the pause/forward button. Amber light comes on briefly, and then straight to flashing red.

If it never stops flashing red, I suspect hardware failure. Is the speaker wired or wireless?
