We have a Connect:Amp wired in the closet and a built in speakers in the living room. We connected the app through Wi-Fi but since connect:amp is not bluetooth or airplay compatible we can not connect to Samsung TV only to music through the app. Is there any way we can connect the TV to the speakers if we can not move the Connect Amp (HDMI Arc and other cables)?

You could get a Roam, or a Move gen 2, and connect the Bluetooth to that speaker, and group that speaker with the CONNEC:AMP.
Just as a point, there’s liable to be a slight delay if you’re going to be using any non-Sonos speakers.
