Connect:amp s2 does not setup and button press is not recognized

Hello I have a connect:amp s2. I have had it previously  connect to my system and it worked fine. I recently change out some components and removed all of the S2 amps. I want to now add one back in and it will not go past the press the button on your connect:amp page. The button press is never recognized. 

I have read of a couple of instances of this happening but did not see any resolution to this issue, anyone run into this?

Have you tried connecting the amp directly to your router? If that does not work, I would calling support. They have tools to troubleshoot problems better that we can here.

Have you tried connecting the amp directly to your router? If that does not work, I would calling support. They have tools to troubleshoot problems better that we can here.

Then it doesn’t reconnect to wifi after removing ethernet.

It was fully updated just a couple of weeks ago when I had previously connected it
