I have an older SONOS setup using (2) Connect Amps on a 2.4 G wireless network that a few months back stopped working.  I trouble shot the system cycling power to my Xfinity wireless router and I can see only (1) of the Connect Amps but, not both at the same time.  I have used the “Search for Product” feature and it cannot find the other Connect Amp.  I have reset my SONOS S1 App and still no luck.  If I disconnect the (1) Connect Amp I can see on the App and connect (power) the other (1) Connect Amp, I can see that one.  In other words they both work separately on my wireless network but, not together.  Need help in solving this issue.

Try hardwiring one of the amps to your router with an ethernet cable to see if that helps.

Possibly, they’re set up as two separate households (systems). You might try wiping / factory reset only one of them, then trying to ‘add a product’ to the remaining one.

Thank you both for your suggestions!  I will have tried the hard wire suggestion and that does not seem to work.  I will try wiping with a factory reset on one of them and revert back.

Issue was resolved by disconnecting both connect amps ethernet connections to the router I have on my network.  I reset the one connect amp that I was having trouble connecting,.to factory settings and re-connected the router by way of an ethernet connection.  Using the SONOS 1 app, I then selected “add Component”.  After following the steps to connect this connect amp, I re-connected my other connect amp via another ethernet connection and everything works now.  Thank you all for your input.
