Hi,

I’ve got three Sonos systems, two with the new Amp using the latest Sonos controller and one I was continuing to use my old Connect:Amp. When I tried to turn on my connect:amp after 9 months it boots up ok but I couldn’t see it in the S1 app. So I reset the amp, now Sonos S1 app doesn’t find it - it’s plugged directly into my router, I’ve reset the amp device and it’s flashing green light so looks ready to add. Any advice much appreciated!

Until you resolve the CONNECT:AMP issue with S1, I recommend powering down the S2 components and closing the S2 controller. It wouldn’t hurt to reset or reinstall the S1 controller. Don’t Factory Reset without further consult.

There was a German user with nearly the same problem some days ago… the only thing that worked for him, was to reset S1 app and the Sonos device and to add a new wifi ssid.
