Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with being asked for a PIN for your Connect:AMP.
On that page where you are asked for a PIN number, there should also be an option where you can select “I can’t find a PIN". If you don’t see it at the bottom of the page, please try scrolling down.
If it is definitely not there, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
