I’ve searched the web and can’t seem to find out why I’m not getting atmos on Netflix. I have a beam gen2 plugged into the hdmi arc on the tv with the supplied hdmi cable and the premium Netflix subscription. I’ve set the audio to use bitstream Dolby audio out. The tv has DD+ and my understanding is that I should get a compressed version of atmos but still atmos however in the s2 app it’s saying I’m getting Dolby digital plus 5.1

I do not see any mention of Atmos on https://www.panasonic.com/uk/support/discontinued-products/televisions/tx-55fx700b.html so you probably will not get Atmos from (any of the apps on) this TV. Maybe with an Atmos capable source an HDFury Arcana. Or a new TV of course….
