Sonos won't stop playing music from my phone- even when I turn off my phone and unplug my WiFi router. No streaming services connected. I can pause via speaker button but can't control via app. Any idea why the Sonos controller app doesn't control Sonos?

Try unplugging your Sonos speakers from power for about a minute and resetting the Sonos app under App Preferences.
