I saved a podcast episode to my Spotify playlist but when I use the Sonia S2 controller to play it, it’s greyed out and doesn’t play. Instead it gives me an error message “access is denied”

I think I figured it out. My system is a bit complicated but I finally saw a thing on the Spotify app that allowed me to play to the house. It’s a bit of a workaround but it’s working now. Thanks!

That suggests that there is some sort of DRM on the file, and Sonos doesn’t have the necessary access to read it. Can you play it from the Spotify player?
