Hi,

I have 7 sonos speakers and 1 Amp. All are physically connected to an Ethernet port of my switch.

All the Plays are in Disable Wifi mode but I can't disable the Wifi for the Sonos Amp, the option is grayed out.

Any advice ?

If you haven’t try powering down the Amp and letting it boot up again with the cable attached.

I’d consider trying a different cable too, might be marginal for the mode Sonos uses.

Last choice would be call support and send diagnostics for them to look at internal data.

Are you sure the Amp is getting data from the ethernet cable? I have only seen the screen you posted when a device is connected via WIFI.
Have you tried restarting the Amp?

This is exactly my issue : since it’s grayed-out, I can’t select Disable Wifi. And I confirm the Ethernet cable is well connected to the switch and there’s data stream, i’ve tested with another device
