Hello,

My Sonos Playbar is not able to connect anymore. I reset to factory settings, restarted wifi, connected via ethernet. None of this worked. I can’t re-add the product: It searches, finds playbar correctly, then I push the buttons to complete connection and there it fails.

Thanks, I contacted support, they tried to solve it but have to figure it out with their team. I’ll just wait what happens now.
