Hi i have a pair on sonos ones the buttons on one are not working I can say command's OK the other one is fine diagnostic number is 72928739?

Have you checked that you haven’t accidentally disabled the touch controls, in Settings/System/(room name)?
Yea turned them off & on rest the 2 Sonos
