broken sonos one

Hello,

One of our sonos one box just stopped working.
We don’t know why it doens’t work anymore. We saw that the light on top of the box didn’t light up anymore and then we noticed it didn’t works. We bought the box in november 2019 at the BCC store in Veenendaal. We already went to the store but they told us they couldn’t help us because we were past the guarantee period unfortunately. Is there anything sonos can do to see what’s wrong with the box?
