Hi, I need to update my bridge on my sonos Play 1 and it doesn’t work. I’ve rebooted everything (sonos, mobile and wifi router) and I still get the message « There was a problem setting up your bridge. Our customer care is ready to help ».  The problem is I cannot listen to the radios any more. Thanks a lot for your support!

Bridge power supplies are old and unreliable.

Take it out of your system. Connect your Play:1 via WiFi, or by Ethernet cable.

@PatdeMunich, If you are German, there is also a German Sonos Community.

What is this bridge you are referring to? Are you running your Sonos system on S1?

At a minimum toss the Bridge and get a less (no longer sold, get a used one) obsolete Boost.

Better to forgo both and try the suggstions above.
