Bopping sound from active sub on Amp while pausing Apple TV playing movie

Hi,

 

There is a bopping sound from active sub on Amp while pausing Apple TV playing a movie. 

 

Bopping sounds stops immediately when resuming movie playing. Bopping also disappears when muting or turning down the volume in the relevant room, whol

 

Bopping noise stops when turning off sub via Sonos app in the Amp’s room settings.

Thanks for posting.

This is not something I’ve heard of. Could you please let us know the make and model of your subwoofer? Maybe someone here has a similar setup. Does the same noise occur when using another source, like a TV app? Thanks.

Hi,

I use the Klipsch R-115SW Subwoofer. I have only experienced this a few days, will see if I can reproduce it using different audio source, but cannot see that this will affect this.
