Beam not showing on App - does on wife’s though

Hi, over the past 2 weeks I have noted that my Beam no longer is listed in my system on app (move showing) however is shown on my wife’s app within the same system.
we both have iPhones (me 12, wife 8). I have reset the move and router umpteen times but no chnage. (Sometimes when I reset the router the beam is shown, however disappears again next time I use the app)

very frustrating so any help would be greatly appreciated
