I have a new Songs Beamer since yesterday. I am not able to Connect the Sonos App to the beam. Reset did not help. WLAN is the Same. I have no clue what could be wrong. Any idea?

Have you installed it? Added to existing system rather than to new system?
Often a system reset helps - power off all Sonos devices and router. Restart router. When it’s fully restarted and wifi is running, start your speakers one at a time.

Connect by Ethernet cable, temporary?
