Hi,

 

When I max up the volume Bass on my sonos roam feels like its from a phone speaker. Is it normal or some problem with my unit ? At mid/low volume Bass is good for speaker of this size, the problem is only at max volume.

Are you using the Loudness setting for ROAM? Loudness tinkers with the bass level in an attempt to accommodate characteristics of human audio response. At lower Volume settings bass is boosted. If you place ROAM near a wall or in a corner, bass will increase.

Appreciate your response, yes I've turned on loudness setting, will turn it off and check.

I have placed the speaker in corner to me it sounds better when it's placed vertically.
