app wont load

Hi, I bought some Sonos one speakers on Friday. Downloaded the app and set everything up without a problem. Now the app has frozen. I have switched everything on and off to no avail. I have uninstalled the app also. I can play music from Spotify but not via the app. Any ideas welcome.

Unplug all speakers from power. Reboot your router. When it has fully restarted, power up the speakers, one at a time. 
 

If that does sort it, it’s probably worth setting fixed ip addresses for your speakers.
