I have 3 amps. When I move them downstairs beside the wifi the app fails to see them. When they are in the living room the app sees them. When they are in the basement the eventually have a solid white led. Any ideas?

Describe your network for us. Model numbers? Additional access points? Network switches? Are the AMP’s wired or wireless? How close to the router are the AMP’s sitting?

I apologise in advance for my unhelpful reply, but you asked and here it is:

Stop moving them.  😜

On a more serious note, let’s see what can suggest when we know more about your environment as @buzz has asked.

If they will they not pick up the wifi at all when “beside the wifi” can you Ethernet cable them?

Too close to other radios can be a problem, give them 3 feet or a meter spacing and see if that helps.

Hi All,

Thank you for your help.

I suspected SonoNet was not connecting across the speakers. I could not find a config for Sonnet and I added all the speakers to the same room. They worked perfectly after this. I just changed the speakers back to the rooms I wanted and SonosNet is is still behaving.

Cheers!
