im trying to true play my speakers I just installed. and its not detecting it. its in ceiling speakers. I checked all updates and it up to date. all wires are correct and wifi is good.

Did you go through the “Detect Sonos Architectural” setup process under the Amp settings in the Sonos app?
+18I seem to remember Trueplay on an Amp only works with Sonos In-Wall or In-Ceiling Architectural speakers by Sonance, or when the Amp is used for surround with third party speakers. What's your set up?
