amp is ready to connect ( flashing green)but it doesn’t
Been rebooted - all ok until time to press the button & nothing just note that button not pressed

Apologies for the late response. Sorry to hear that the Amp does not want to connect.
Does the LED change at all when you press the connection button?
Please try and factory reset the device, here is how.
If this does not prove successfully, please reach out to our technical support who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
