amp connected but not showing up in app

Hello, I went through setup and it looks to be all set and connected to my wifi. I can see it as a device on my wifi app as connected.

 

when I open the app the device isn’t there? It just asks me to “update network” or set up new system.

 

I’ve done this 3-4x. I’ve triple checked that I’m on same WiFi.
